I had a lovely stay at The Gentleman Of Verona. The location is fantastic – just a short stroll away from the Arena and Juliet's balcony. The junior suite was spacious and elegantly decorated, overlooking a quaint indoor garden. However, I encountered some issues with the water pressure, which dampened the experience a bit. Overall, the comfort and charm of the hotel left a strong impression on me.

The hotel boasted a beautiful garden courtyard perfect for relaxing with a drink. However, I did notice that the wardrobe in my room felt a bit basic compared to the rest of the elegant decor.

My stay at The Gentleman of Verona was truly a nice experience. Starting with a warm welcome and a glass of Prosecco upon arrival, the hotel exuded charm and hospitality. While my room was beautifully decorated and offered great comfort, I faced a minor issue with my original booking that required some effort to resolve. Nonetheless, the attentive and courteous staff made my time enjoyable.

Staying at The Gentleman of Verona was a good experience. The elegant decor and level of comfort were amazing, though the proximity to some attractions had its minor inconveniences due to the bustling surroundings. The breakfast offerings were impressive, yet the daily variety could have seen some enhancement.

The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from major attractions. It made exploring Verona so easy, though the lively environment at times felt overwhelming. Still, I appreciated being in the heart of the city.

Breakfast was a highlight, beautifully presented with a fantastic selection. However, I would have loved to see more variety over my three-night stay. The overall quality was superb, though.

The facilities were excellent, especially the outdoor courtyard. It offered a lovely escape, and the complimentary mini bar was an unexpected delight. However, the spa area, while calming, was a bit small for a hotel of this caliber.

I had an amazing stay at The Gentleman Of Verona. The hotel’s decor is both luxurious and charming, creating a warm atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable for exploring the city, but I did wish they had turn down service in the evenings to keep up with their otherwise perfect service.

My room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated with a canopied bed that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The large bathroom had a walk-in rain shower and was equipped with modern amenities. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort throughout my stay.
Service

I found the staff to be attentive and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Their relaxed attitude really made the experience feel personal and welcoming. However, I felt that the absence of turn down service was a slight oversight given their high standards.

5.0/10
My stay at The Gentleman of Verona was filled with good moments, particularly the spacious and beautifully decorated room and the convenient location near major sites. However, my experience was largely marred by a corporate event that overwhelmed the hotel, limiting access to dining and lounge areas, which was quite disappointing.
Rooms
8.0
My room was huge, tastefully decorated, and had a relaxing ambiance, complemented by comfortable beds. I especially loved the elegant details like the automatic lights in the bathroom (very thoughtful touches!).
Service
7.0
The front desk staff were very helpful, even assisting with a ticket issue over the phone (that level of care really stood out). However, the service felt stretched thin during the corporate event, impacting the overall experience.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a block away from the Roman Arena, making it easy for me to explore Verona on foot. It felt like I was right in the heart of the city (so convenient for sightseeing!).
Dining
5.0
Dining was supposed to be a highlight, especially getting to watch a chef prepare a dish, but access to the restaurant and bar was restricted due to the corporate event, which was a letdown during my stay.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel is beautifully designed, I noticed a few practical oversights like a lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room (a small detail that could improve comfort), which was surprising given the hotel's luxury status.
